Owner & President

Faith Nussdorfer

Faith is the founder and driving force behind Intelligent Polymer Solutions (IPS). With over two decades of experience in industrial plastics and rail construction, she began her career in 2000 by helping a German technical plastics company establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility, overseeing operations that generated over $5 million in annual sales.

In 2014, Faith launched IPS, introducing the proprietary polymer material Nylotherm® to the rail industry—an innovation that solved challenges where other materials had failed. Since then, she has steadily expanded IPS’s offerings, securing multiple DBE/WBE certifications across the U.S. and building strong partnerships within the rail construction industry.

Faith remains committed to delivering high-quality, American-made solutions and positioning IPS as a trusted sourcing partner for rail projects nationwide
